Birthday is a free tool for creating birthday pages, collecting wishes, and hosting a live party chat. By using it, you agree to these terms.
The service
We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Accounts
You need an email sign-in to use most of the product. Keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of wishes, photos, voice memos, chat messages, and other content you submit. You give us permission to store and display that content so the birthday pages and parties work for the people who should see them.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not post illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive material. We may remove content or restrict access if something violates these terms or puts others at risk.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, or exploitation
- No attempts to break into, scrape abusively, or disrupt the service
- No using Birthday to spam people or collect data you should not have
- Respect private birthdays and invite links
Payments
Birthday is currently free and does not charge for use. If that changes later, we will say so clearly before any paid features apply.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Birthday and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the prior three months (currently $0).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision.
